Refund Policy

I follow a strict no-refund policy once work has started. This applies to all services offered through this website, including SEO, website design, branding, marketing, content creation, AI-based tools, campaign setup, and platform optimization. My services involve immediate planning, time investment, and prepaid tools making refunds non viable after initiation.

A refund may only be considered if the full project amount has been paid in advance and substantial work has not yet been delivered. Even then, I reserve the right to assess the situation and deduct all actual expenses and time invested before approving any partial refund.

If the client has paid only an advance or part payment, that amount is non-refundable, as it usually covers upfront expenses like SEO tools, premium memberships, hosting, domain registration, design assets, and third party platform fees. These costs are real, paid in advance, and non-recoverable.

In cases where project-specific tools or assets have been purchased (such as a domain name, web hosting, analytics software, or licensed content), I may, at the client's request, transfer ownership. A 30% handling and transfer fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the cost of account setup, administrative efforts, and transition work.

Non Delivery Clause

If a client fails to provide access, inputs, content, or communication required to complete the project, no refund will be issued. Client side delays, unresponsiveness, or withdrawal from the project do not qualify for refunds.

Chargeback Warning Clause

Raising false payment disputes or chargebacks through banks, PayPal, Razorpay, or other gateways without contacting me first is considered a violation of this agreement. Such actions may result in immediate termination of service and legal action under applicable Indian IT laws and platform terms.

SEO Results Disclaimer

Due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms, platform behavior (such as Google, Bing, YouTube, Meta), and competitive industries, no guarantee is made regarding specific rankings, visibility, traffic, or performance. All SEO and digital results depend on multiple external factors and cannot be promised by any ethical service provider.

Refunds will not be granted due to unrealistic expectations, sudden business changes, performance delays from platforms, or dissatisfaction with subjective factors once work has begun.

By using any of my services, you agree fully to this refund policy. I aim to deliver professional work, but these terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for both parties.
